Today's question is in regards to my membership site On Property Plus and it is "Do you list properties all over Australia or only in certain states?"

Now this is referring to my membership website, On Property Plus, which you can find on www.onproperty.com.au/plus. Now inside On Property Plus, I have a feature which is I go out and I search the web and I find high yield potentially positive cash flow properties and I'll list them for you and this person is obviously wondering whether I just focus on one specific state or whether I'll look at lots of different states.

And the answer to that question is really simple and the fact is I'll limit myself to Australia only which means I'll look at all states in Australia. On Property Plus has been live for about three weeks as I am recording this video and currently I have listed properties in Queensland, WA, South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania. I don't think I've done anything in Victoria yet and I definitely haven't done anything in the Northern Territory yet, so those two will probably come up in the near future. Victoria for some reason I have found difficult to find positive cash flow properties but definitely it will be all the states featured and will be featured in the future.
