These show should have a much more level playing field and not rely on white America to select true talent because racist white folks will always see to it that these subpar , none talented white kids win . I see black folks who sit in as token judges on these show and has to see the blatant disregard for that which is right . If black folks ran these shows , and blacks were the majority of those calling in to select the winners , and most of the times or all of the times we selected black kids as the winners , we would be accused of being bias no doubt . You see how white folks accused us of voting for President Obama because he was black . They want us to believe that they don't do such as a thing , but this is a prime example where its live and in color and yes they do vote for white because they are white . These show should have a panel of judges , a equal number of blacks and white folks made up of artists , or People in show business to select these kids . If things stay as they are , black kids will never have a chance to win , and we will continue to get this crap we alway see and call it something that its not , great talent .

It's not exactly castrating slaves, but there seems to be a bit of that. In fact, I remember an earlier season where there was a deep voice black man and they publicly shamed him for early infractions before prematurely giving him the boot.
